The product will be delivered at a later date, and the delivery time is expected to be approximately two months, the same as for online pre-orders. In addition, customers who pre-order at the venue will receive free shipping.

Between 10:00 and 18:00, each group is limited to 30 minutes.
Fitting sessions are by appointment only.
Free admission from 6pm to 7pm.
You can come without making a reservation.
Please note that reservations are not required between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, so you may have to wait while trying on items.

*The required time for each person is 30 minutes.
You may bring up to one person other than the person making the fitting reservation.
*Please feel free to bring children with you.
(Strollers are also welcome. )

From 10:00 to 18:00, we operate by reservation only, so you will not be able to enter before your scheduled time. Also, if you arrive late, the next reservation time will be booked, so please note that the closing time will remain as it was when you made your reservation.

Staff will be on standby according to your reservation, so if you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact the director.

*All products are pre-ordered online and cannot be taken home on the day.
